In-person services

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

 

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, which is why we allow cancellations up to 24 hours in advance and rescheduling up to 12 hours before your appointment at no charge. However, cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $5 fee. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will incur a $20 fee.

 

We offer a 15-minute grace period after your start appointment time. If you are a no-show within this window, a $40 fee will apply. After the 15-minute grace period, the full appointment fee of $75 will be charged.

 

Late Start and Overtime Policy:I

 

f your appointment begins 1-15 minutes late, you will be charged the full price of the session, and the scheduled end time will remain unchanged. If the appointment exceeds the scheduled time for any reason, additional fees will apply:

 

> For appointments running up to 15 minutes over, an additional $40 fee will apply.

> For appointments running more than 15 minutes over, you will be billed an additional full hour at $75.

 

Online meeting services

We value our clients and want to maintain mutual respect for our time. This policy may be adjusted with prior notice, and fees may be waived under certain circumstances.

Document policies

​

The pricing and timeline for services will vary based on the number of pages to be translated. A "document" is defined as a single-sided page containing up to 500 words. Any additional words will incur a fee of $0.25 per word.

Payment Terms and Late Fees

 

Payment is due within 30 days following the completion of the service. If payment is not received within this period, additional charges will apply based on the duration of the delay.

​

• A late fee of $5.00 will be applied if payment is not received within 7 days after the 30-day period.

• A late fee of $10.00 will be applied if payment is not received within 14 days after the 30-day period.

• If payment is not received more than 14 days after the 30-day period, no further services will be provided until the outstanding balance is settled. For any future services, payment will be required in advance.
